Holidays in Marine 2019

Heading, it is worth taking a closer look at a small village near Sudak - Morskoy. It is not difficult to guess for what reason it got such a name: where the dominance of the waves ends, namely fifty meters from the water's edge, residential buildings begin. Locals have long chosen this place, protected from three sides by mountain ranges.

Marine: rest on the edge of the earth

In the village of Morskoy, you can find not so much entertainment. A certain isolation from large cities makes itself felt.

The road of life here is Shevchenko Street, where most of the cafes are located, on the summerhouses of which it is nice to spend the evening, admiring the sun sinking into the sea or the mountain peaks illuminated by the sunset.

Fans of sunbathing and bronze tanning will be pleased to relax in Morskoy. The beaches here are equipped, you can rent a sun lounger or an umbrella anywhere on the coast. And taking an air mattress and sailing away from the shore is a real pleasure, especially since there is no hustle and bustle. The village is securely hidden by mountains from those who want to "dance with their elbows." People come here looking for solitude.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also find an outlet:

  • diving and introdive will open the amazing underwater world of the south-east of Crimea;

  • horseback riding will help not only to study the relief and flora of this part of the peninsula in a calm atmosphere, but also play a good role in improving health;

  • jeeping will invigorate the nervous system, charge with positive until the next vacation;

  • paragliding over Morskoye will take your breath away, and subsequently the attention of the listeners of your story about it, supported by photos and videos;

  • less extreme rides on boats, bananas and tablets - the permanent companions of a beach holiday - will diversify and bring children's joy to vacation days.
  • The "savages" will also find a place for themselves. There are two car campings in the village, not to mention the mass of recreation opportunities in Morskoye with a tent. If you are attracted to cooking porridge on a fire, playing the guitar under the light of the stars and just enjoying nature, this is the right place for you. Crowds of tourists settle in larger cities and villages, and knowledgeable singles, families or companies go to the Kapsikhori Valley.

Expanse here for those who are eager to enlighten culturally. Everywhere they will offer an excursion or a mini-trip to almost anywhere in the Crimea.

On your own, armed with a guide, you can learn a lot of interesting things about these places. Adjacent to the Marine Zelenogorie, famous for its lake Panagia, from the meeting with which some ten kilometers separate.

Capes guard the sea from two sides: Ai-foka or, as it is also called, "Boar" on one side and Agira with its watchtower Choban-Kule on the other. Climbing a mountain and admiring the surroundings is not a joy for a tourist.

You can also taste entertainment in the neighboring cities of Novy Svet and Sudak. A short trip by car has never hurt anyone, especially since holidays in Morskoe do not fall every day, and you need to stock up on emotions for the whole year ahead. 10 and 20 minutes, respectively, spent driving east can make your day and add to your photo albums.

    Briefly about Marine (Crimea)

The history of the village began in the Middle Ages. Then this area was called "scorched earth" or Kapsichore.

Do not be afraid: the reason for this formulation was the grass burnt out in the sun - red. You can’t hide from ultraviolet here: on the one hand, the water surface reflects the light, and on the other, hills covered with fiery-colored vegetation at any time of the year.

During the reign of Catherine II, the Kapsikhora Valley was part of the Feodosia district. Since the annexation of Crimea to Russia, the village has changed its volost affiliation, under Soviet rule in the 1920s it entered the Sudak region, where it remains to this day. They stopped calling him Capichore only in 1949, when they first started talking about Morskoy.

The places here are picturesque, almost untouched by man. "Savages" feel great here. And the proof of this is the birth of the rock group "Kino". Once exchanging the fun of Sudak for a vacation in Morskoye, three Leningrad musicians settled on the Black Sea coast, to the splash of waves and encouraging nods from the villagers, beating out the rhythms of new songs on tin cans.

The memory of this vacation is alive in the village: the inscription on the commemorative sign in the form of a guitar reads: “Kino began here”.

    How to get to Marine

If there is an intention to spend a vacation on the Crimean coast, then the path will run through the airport of Simferopol. This air harbor receives planes from all over Russia. An alternative to it could be rail transport, but until this problem is solved, flights are the best option: the fastest and most comfortable.

Buses leave from the airport and the nearest bus station almost every minute. In the direction we need, they go about 5 times a day, sitting on one of the comfortable cars, you will quickly find yourself in Morskoy, where you want to go on vacation immediately. Everything about everything will take you two hours, and one and a half if you choose a car.

More often intercity bus service works with Sudak, from which yes the Sea Order is 20 km away. It's nice that transport is constantly running between these settlements - it will not be difficult to get to Morskoy.

Maritime- a village in the southeast of Crimea. It is part of the Sudak City District of the Republic of Crimea, located 16 kilometers west of Sudak on the Black Sea coast at the mouth of the Shelen River.
Marine is famous for the Ai-Serez grapes grown only here. From this grape, the Morskoy state farm-factory, which is part of the Massandra enterprise, produces dessert wine Ai-Serez.
The population of the village is about 2400 people.

A peculiar symbol of the village of Morskoye is a majestic worship cross, towering on a hill by the sea, at the entrance to the village from the east.

    Climate

The climate of Morskoe is similar to the Mediterranean, the summer here is mild, dry, without sharp fluctuations in temperature and with a large number of clear days. The duration of sunshine reaches 2550 hours a year. The hottest month is July. The swimming season opens in June and lasts until September, sometimes October. The average water temperature in June is about 18°С, in July 23°С, in August 22.5°С, in September 20.2°С.

    Beaches

The Marine beach is sand and pebble, stretches for 3.5 kilometers, the width reaches 50 meters. The pebbles are not large, but large stones are sometimes found in the water near the shore.
Some parts of the beach are equipped with awnings and cabanas.
Numerous vacationers with tents stop at the foot of Cape Agira. There are organized campsites.
Thanks to the clear clear water and the beautiful bottom, this place is popular with divers. However, after rain, rivers can pollute the water for a while.

    Story

According to the historian Bertier-Delagard, the first settlements on the site of Morskoy arose in the 8th-9th centuries.
In 1381, under an agreement with Elias Bey Solkhatsky, "the mountainous southern part of Crimea northeast of Balaklava" passes into the possession of Genoa, including Kapsohori (one of the former names of the village).

In 1475, Kapihor was included in the Sudak kadylyk of the Kefin sanjak as a result of the capture by the Ottomans.
From 1774 to 1783 the village belonged to the Crimean Khanate.

After the annexation of Crimea to Russia in 1783, the village was assigned to the Levkopolsky, and later to the Feodosia district of the Tauride region.

After the creation of the Tauride province in 1802, Kapsichore was included in the Koktash volost of the Feodosia district. At that time there were 235 inhabitants in the village.

In the 1860s, the village was assigned to the Taraktash volost, there were 515 inhabitants, and by the 1890s already 1584. By 1915, the population was 1912 people.
    .
By decree of the Krymrevkom of January 8, 1921, the village was included in the newly created Sudak district of the Feodosia district (since 1922 - the district). Later, in 1923, the Sudak region became an independent administrative unit, and Kapsikhor became the village council of the Sudak region.

By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR dated August 21, 1945, Kapsichore was renamed Morskoye.

On December 30, 1962, the Sudak region was abolished and the village was included in the Alushta region.

In 1979, the Sudak region was recreated and the village was transferred to it.

By the Decree of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea dated July 9, 1991, the Sudak City Council was created instead of the Sudak region, to which the village was reassigned.

Currently, the village belongs to the urban district of Sudak.

    Attractions

(Boar) protrudes into the sea in the east of the village and closes the Kutlak Bay on the western side. The ruins of an ancient monastery have been preserved on the cape. There is also a small grove of relic Pitsunda pine.

(Agira) is located west of the Morskoye village. The watchtower of Choban-Kule (Shepherd's) has been preserved on it, about 10 meters high, and the remains of other buildings are visible. It is believed that in the 15th century there was a medieval fortress "Tasili" with a castle on the cape, which belonged to the Genoese feudal lords brothers di Guasco. Scientists suggest that there was an underground passage connecting the Choban-Kule tower with the foot of the cape, which was blown up in the middle of the last century. From the platform near the tower there is a beautiful view of Cape Meganom, Ai-Fok, Chekan-Kaya - on the left, and on the right you can see the mountain range up to Ayu-Dag.

The Maritime has a symbolic monument to Viktor Tsoi, who here in 1981 with several musicians created the Kino group (originally Garin and the Hyperboloids). On June 21, Tsoi's birthday, a festival dedicated to Tsoi and the Kino group is held here.

In addition, you can visit the nearby one with its Genoese fortress, capes Alchak and Megan, as well as the unique Tsar's Beach, the Golitsyn Trail and the Champagne Winery.

Rest in the Crimean village of Morskoye 2019. Where is it located, where to stay in Morskoye, what to do, what excursions to go on.

Morskoe village is located on the Sudak-Alushta highway. If you are driving from the side, then immediately behind the Veselovskaya Valley, as soon as you go around Mount Kaban, a picturesque valley will open in front of you - here is the village of Morskoye. The big cross at the top of the mountain will serve as your final landmark confirming that you have reached your resting place.

    Where is Marine in Crimea

The coast of the valley is a rather extensive bay between Cape Ai-Foka in the east and Cape Choban-Kale in the west, but Morskoye occupies not so much the coast as the valley of the Shelen and Voron rivers, and the outskirts of the village go two kilometers into its depth. At first glance, Morskoe is a village remote from the main resorts and entertainment is not to be expected here. This is completely untrue.

The village of Morskoye is the best suited for contemplating nature and pacifying the soul. There is also a lot of entertainment.

If you want a more relaxing holiday, then we advise you to go to the Veselovskaya Valley, which is located behind Cape Ai-Foka. There you will have at your disposal a whole bay in which only in the eastern part at the foot of Mount Karaul-Oba there are several recreation centers, and the central and western parts are completely free.

Entertainment and rock music in Morskoe

There are a sufficient number of cafes and bars in Morskoye to brighten up your leisure time. There is also a disco. There is all the usual set of beach activities. But! But there is one event for which fans of rock music come to this seemingly unremarkable village. Once upon a time, it was here that young rockers created the rock group "Garin and the Hyperboloids", which few people have heard of now, but about the Kino group, which is how the group was subsequently called, and everyone heard about Viktor Tsoi.

And now, on June 21, the birthday of Viktor Tsoi, Tsoi's fans gather in Morskoy. The meeting takes place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere of songs with a guitar by the fire. The festival dedicated to the memory of Viktor Tsoi is held in Sudak.

Seaside Crimea(old name Kapsikhor) is located 17 km west of Sudak and 62 km east of Alushta. Fans of budget holidays come to rest in Morskoye in Crimea. Here is inexpensive housing in the southeast of Crimea, wide sand and pebble beaches.

The village of Morskoye Crimea is the birthplace of the legendary Kino group. There is a monument to this group here, and portraits of Viktor Tsoi are painted under the bridge. More on this next.

    Seaside Crimea

The village of Morskoye Krym is one of the few places where you can buy land for private construction. Therefore, new private buildings and hotels appear here every year. Beaches in the village of Morskoye with gray sand and rolled large pebbles. To the sea there are steps from the main road, the Sudak highway runs right along the sea. For many, this is more of a minus than a plus.

How to get to the Morskoye village in Crimea for vacation

    By plane

The nearest airport is located 100 km from Marine (Sudak) in the city. Recently, a new modern terminal was opened there, so there are more flights.

Directly from the new airport there is a bus to Morskoy, though only 2 times a day. There are many more flights to Simferopol (there you can transfer to the bus to Morskoy) and Sudak.

You can get to the bus station-2 "Kurortnaya" in Simferopol by bus number 49 or trolleybuses number 17, 20.

    By taxi to Morskoye

The fare for a taxi will be 25 rubles. per kilometer. In this case, you are guaranteed to leave on time at the lowest price, since bargaining with taxi drivers at the airport and railway. station right on the spot will not lead to anything good. It would be better to agree on a price in advance with the dispatcher, and give the taxi driver the opportunity to meet you and deliver you to your destination.

At the new airport of Simferopol, you can order a taxi at the official counter. All prices are fixed.

Our acquaintance with the Crimean "bombs" did not start very pleasantly. From Sudak to Marine they said the cost is 1000 rubles. When asked why it is so expensive (to go 17 km), they received the answer: “What did you think, someone would carry you here cheaply?”. By the way, a ticket for an intercity bus to Morskoy cost 50 rubles, and for a suburban bus 28 rubles, i.e. 20 and 35 times cheaper.

    By car

First you need to get to Kerch through the new Crimean bridge. This is already a landmark, because it is the longest building in Russia, 19 km.

From Sudak to Morskoye, the road goes along a picturesque mountain serpentine with sharp turns. Along the way, beautiful valleys and vineyards open up.

    Climate in Morskoye (Sudak)

At the peak of the season, the air temperature in Morskoy during the day can exceed + 30 degrees, and the average air temperature during the beach season is about +25. The air humidity in the village of Morskoye in Crimea is moderate, and the climate is close to the Mediterranean.

    Housing in Morskoe

The main part of the Maritime is the private sector. Rest in the Sea in Crimea can be spent on a budget if you rent private housing. Literally in every house something is for rent or for sale. Prices in the peak season from 500 rubles. from a person. The cheapest option is far from the sea. Keep in mind that the village is located in a valley, surrounded by mountains. The central part of the Sea is relatively flat, and the outskirts are on a hill, where you have to go uphill.

In Morskoy (Sudak) there is a choice of guest houses and impromptu mini hotels. Prices in these establishments start from 800 rubles. The minimum price and quality accommodation are offered in the guest houses "At Natalia", "On Zarechnaya", "Yyldyz", the private hotel "Melek", the mini-boarding house "Dilyara".

The recreation center "Zelenogorye" offers to rent separate luxury cottages for an amount from 2750 to 6500 rubles.

    Sea beaches (Crimea)

There are several beaches in the village of Morskoye Krym. All the beaches of Morskoy from east to west: Cape Ai-Foka, the beach of the Solnechny Kamen boarding house, the beach near the long-term construction (for campers), the central beach, the nudist beach and the Choban-Kule beach. All of them are rocky, and the most suitable for swimming is the central one. On the other beaches, in addition to sharp stones, there are mysterious signs "Beach not surveyed". I saw these for the first time.

    Cape Ai-Fok

The easternmost beach of Morskoy is at Cape Ai-Fok. You can call it a beach conditionally, because there is a pile of stones that fell from the mountain. Everywhere there are signs “Caution, rockfall”, but we have reached the very end. Very atmospheric and beautiful place. You can’t go further through Cape Ai-Fok, it’s a pity. Behind it is Veselovskaya Bay.

The beach of the boarding house "Solnechny Kamen"

This beach is located on the eastern outskirts of the village and stretches for 400 meters in length and about 60 meters in width. The Solnechny Kamen boarding house is abandoned, so the beach is in the same condition - crumbling canopies and blocked stairs. There is a promenade along the sea from the boarding house, but the entrance there is closed. Too bad, such a nice place is abandoned.

The beach at the long-term construction

To the west of the "Sun Stone" beach there is a beach that should belong to a beautiful sanatorium. But it was never built. Now campers have chosen a place near the long-term construction. There is a whole tent city with its "tent" cafes. The beach has not been surveyed. There are signs that swimming is prohibited. Everyone swims though. The width of the beach is about 50 meters, the sea is clean, the beach is kept in relative order.

    Central beach Morskoy (Sudak)

Even to the west, in the very center of Morskoy, there is a central beach. It stretches for a kilometer in length, and is about 30 meters wide. The structure of the beach is sand and pebble. There are many large rolled stones on the shore. Along the coastline there are shops, cafes, dining rooms overlooking the sea. The infrastructure of the beach itself is good, you can rent a sun lounger under a canopy for 150 rubles.

    Beach behind concrete steps (nudist)

To the west of the central beach there are high steps that protect the coast from erosion. Next to them is a wild pebble beach. This place is well hidden by hills and dunes, you can meet nudists here (but we didn't see them). 🙂 There is no infrastructure, but you can also stay on the steps (as you wish). Swimming is also prohibited here.

    Choban-Kule beach

The beach near the shepherd's tower of Choban-Kule is wild, mainly campers are located here. There is no infrastructure, shops too, 5 km to the village. This Morskoy beach is called Choban-Kule. The structure of the coastline is pebbly with huge sharp stones. To swim, you need to go into the sea on concrete slabs. Here, along the shore, campers catch small fish with a net.

What to do in the village of Morskoe in Crimea on vacation

In the resort village of Morskoye, on vacation in the Crimea, you can visit the ruins of the Tasili fortress - Choban-Kule tower (Shepherd's tower). It is located 5 km west of the village. The fortress is located on a mountain, the ascent to which is quite steep. But the view from above is fantastic, you can see Privetnoe, Rybachye, Sea and mountains.

On the mountain of the same name, you can go down the path on the western slope and find yourself among castles made of stones as tall as a man. These buildings were made by one of the regular visitors of these places, and they also began to attract tourists.

8 km from Choban-Kule is located. There are very beautiful places along the Arpat River deep into the canyon, cascading waterfalls, Arpat waterfall, heart shaped bathing bowl. You can jump into a mountain lake with a bungee. If you come to, be sure to try the rapan and pilaf salad. This is another local attraction.

A peculiar symbol of the Sea (Sudak) and a popular place for photography - Cape Ai-Fok(Greek St. Foka) or Boar Cape. You can get here on foot from the Sea along the sea, walk 3 km. First, you go along the usual beach, but after the sanatorium "Solnechny Kamen" boulders and blocks that have fallen from the mountain begin. At the end of the path you will find a small quiet bay and Cape Ai-Foka itself.

You can make horse rides, as well as trips by jeep to the mountains. They ride horses just near Choban-Kul.

Merry- a small village 7 km from Morskoye. Here you can see one of the oldest structures in the Crimea - a fortress on the spurs of Karaul-Oba. The fortress was built during the reign of King Asander. The village of Veseloye itself is located in the Kutlak valley. If you go down to the sea (4 km), then Veselovskaya (Kutlak Bay) is waiting for you there, just on the opposite side of Cape Ai-Foka and the beach.

Mesopotamia- a small village located among the mountains in the Ai-Serez valley, located 10 km from the Sea (Sudak). Here you can visit the mountain spring of St. Sergius of Radonezh near the village of Mesopotamia (Ai-Serez). The spring is located in a picturesque place, in a narrow passage among the rocks.

In the evening you can break away in the disco bar "Shuttle" on the seashore. If you want more entertainment, then the resort town of Sudak is 17 kilometers away. There alone Cypress Alley is worth something.

    Monument to the Kino group

Yes, it was here, in the village of Morskoye in 1981, that three musicians Viktor Tsoi, Alexei Rybin and Oleg Valinsky ended up. They spent 2 weeks in Morskoy, having arrived here from Sudak. There they met a local chef who promised them free meals (and he kept his promise!). The musicians set up their tent in Morskoye, and firewood had to be stolen from the locals (cut down trees standing nearby smoked, but did not burn). In the evenings, the guys played songs with a guitar on Karl Marx Street (local Broadway). So on the Black Sea coast in the village of Morskoye Crimea, the legendary Kino group was created.

The monument has a special atmosphere. There are flowers and cigarettes. Portraits of Viktor Tsoi are painted under the bridge. Young people are standing at the monument to the Kino group, listening to songs from the phone. Sometimes local rock musicians perform here. This whole story about the legend of Leningrad is very close to me. I myself am from St. Petersburg, I was at the Theological Cemetery (where Viktor Tsoi is buried), I sang their songs with a guitar. Very atmospheric place, you just need to get into it.

    Cafe in Morskoy (Sudak)

The most budgetary food option in the village of Morskoye Crimea is canteens, and there are really a lot of them here. Prices in them: soup - 120 rubles, chop with garnish - 180 rubles, pasta - 120 rubles. There are several buffets in the center. You can eat in the dining room of the Morskoye Crimea village from 150 rubles. On Karl Marx Street (the most touristic street of Morskoy) there is a cafe "Cypress", which offers a set lunch for 200 rubles.

There are many cozy cafes in Morskoy, offering dishes of Russian, European and Oriental cuisine. Among them are "Slavs" (live music plays in the evening), "Cypress", "1000 Stars". Almost everywhere you can eat and spend time for an amount of 500 rubles.

Tourists recommend the cafe "Kharchevnya". Portions are large, you can eat for two (soups, manti, chop, compote) for 400-500 rubles. If you order seafood (mussel salads, etc.), then 700-800 rubles. The bill includes 7% service charge.

For those who are more expensive - cafe "Rusich" right on the beach overlooking the sea. The average bill is 500-1000 rubles. There are inexpensive dishes, for example, okroshka 100 rubles. Seafood from 400 rubles.

Very tasty local pastries in the village of Morskoye Crimea - samosas with fruits, samsa, pasties. This is one of the Crimean gastronomic attractions.

Marine Crimea is a cozy quiet village that contributes to a measured rest. This is not just a resort, but the place where the Kino group was formed. Every year on June 21 (Viktor Tsoi's birthday), fans of their work gather here. It's amazing how many years have passed, but people do not forget their songs, they come to the monument, write messages on the walls.

On vacation in the Sea in the Crimea, you can inexpensively stay in a good hotel or private sector. For lovers of pebbles, there are good beaches and developed infrastructure. Rest in the Marine Crimea will definitely be enjoyed, especially by fans of the Kino group.

Useful information for tourists about Marine in Crimea - geographical location, tourist infrastructure, map, architectural features and attractions.

The village of Morskoye is located on the southern coast of Crimea in the Sudak region, 16 kilometers from the seaside town of Sudak, in the Kapsikhorskaya valley. Marine is located in a niche surrounded by mountains. The settlement originates from the sea and stretches for two kilometers from the coast, smoothly turning into vineyards. The village consists of cozy private houses. A small river, Shelen, flows along the outskirts of Morskoye.

Until 1945, the village bore the historical name Kapsikhor. This is a distorted form of the Greek name "Καψο Χωρα", which means "scorched village" in translation. The first mention of the settlement of Kapsichore dates back to 1380. At that time, the village was part of the Genoese colonies in the Crimea. In 1778, most of the Christian inhabitants of Kapsichore converted to Islam in order to avoid eviction from the Crimea, since, by order of the Russian government, the entire Christian population of the peninsula had to be evicted.

Today Morskoe is a well-known resort. On the territory of the village there is a state winery "Morskoye", which is part of the national production and agricultural association "Massandra".

For admirers of outdoor activities in the resort village of Morskoye offers a whole range of entertainment. Here you can ride water bikes and motorcycles, ski and scooters, fly a hang glider or go diving.

In Morskoy you can also ride horses or go hiking in the mountains on special mountain bikes.

The Morskoye resort has many natural and architectural attractions. A peculiar symbol of the village is the Choban-Kule (Chaban-Kale) tower. These are the ruins of the medieval Genoese castle Tasili, which were preserved on Cape Tower and were nicknamed by the Tatars as Chaban-Kale (translated from Tatar - "shepherd's tower"). A magnificent panorama of the Ayudag and Meganom mountains opens from the cape.

Another symbol of the Sea is considered to be Cape Ai-foka - translated as "Boar". The cape actually resembles this animal in its outlines. On Cape Ai-Foka are the ruins of an ancient monastery. A small grove of the rarest Pitsunda pine, which was listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, is also preserved here.

The Morskoye resort is distinguished by a full-fledged recreational infrastructure and a special ecological attractiveness. Here you can find a sufficient amount of sun, a relatively mild and dry climate, as well as well-maintained small-pebble beaches, which are ideal for a comfortable stay.

The pebbly beach of the Morskoy village has a length of several kilometers. It is located between the watchtower Choban-Kule at Cape Agira and Cape Ai-foka. Closer to Mount Kaban, the beach consists of very small pebbles, like grenades, and towards Mount Ayu-Dag - of concrete slabs and steps. Transparent clear water, beautiful bottom of the beach at Cape Ai-foka every year attracts numerous vacationers.

On a clean and spacious pebble beach, there is a rental office with the necessary beach equipment, here you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas, snorkels, masks, and enjoy a beach holiday to the sound of the surf.

Every summer Luna Park comes here, which brings great pleasure to adults and children. And in the local House of Culture, you can watch new films every evening. Circus performances and various festivals are also held here. Nightlife lovers are waiting for discos and dancing until the morning.
