The Chinese never gave a precise definition of what qi energy is. For them, it did not matter what nature qi had - material, spiritual or any other. The Chinese were practitioners, and they were much more concerned not with irreproachable definitions, but with how the fact of the existence of qi could be used. In this they succeeded.

Many orthodox European physicians, referring to the fact that there is neither an exact definition of qi, nor instruments that would fix it, deny the existence of this energy, and explain the effectiveness of acupuncture either by the fact that needles act on certain nerve endings, or by some other way.

At the same time, almost every one of us, being pleasantly excited, in love or making love, experienced specific experiences, felt how certain flows, sometimes light, sometimes strong, sometimes cool, sometimes hot, sometimes tickling like gas bubbles, spread through the body. , awakening in it absolutely indescribable sensations. Unlike yoga with its seven chakra system, qigong has three energy centers. Lower, middle and upper dan tian. 1. If the energy in the body is not balanced, then there is a feeling of heat or cold.
The concentration of qi in the lower or middle dan tian usually produces a sensation of a warm or hot ball. The heartbeat becomes more frequent, profuse sweating begins. At certain stages of practice, some experience sensations of different temperatures in the right and left palms or the right and left sides of the body. Sometimes there are chills for several days, you start to dress warmer, but still you cannot get warm.

This indicates the beginning of the restructuring in the body. Sometimes there is a feeling of such a sharp cold that it seems as if the blood runs cold in the veins. There is no need to be afraid of such a state, no need to try to interrupt it artificially. This means that despite the cessation of the exercise, changes continue to occur in the body. One must continue the practice or simply endure such a state.

After that, you will rise to the next step in the development of your body. I remember while studying at school I got under a wet snowfall, it was warm, and then it got colder. He came home, did not take his hat, his head was covered with snow, his forehead was covered with ice, his feet were wet, he was terribly cold. Hooray! As you clear out emotional issues and let go of limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you really begin to glow more and more. Your frequency goes up. You begin to love yourself and life more. You are getting younger. You start to look like the perfect you that you really are.

15. Vivid dreams.

Sometimes dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have healthy dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "sleeping" and that what is happening is somehow real.
Tip: Remember what is important for you to remember. Don't pressure anything. And most importantly, don't give in to fear.

16. Events that completely change your life.

Death, divorce, change in professional status, home destruction, illness and/or other catastrophes—sometimes several at once! These are the forces that make you slow down, simplify, change or redefine who you are and what your life means to you. These forces cannot be ignored. They force you to let go of your attachments. They awaken a feeling of love and compassion for all.

17. Desire to be free of limiting patterns, devastating work, ruinous lifestyles, toxic people or situations.

You feel an urgent need now to "find yourself" and the purpose of your life! You want to be creative and free, to be who you really are. You may find yourself drawn to art and nature. You want to get rid of things and people that are no longer useful to you.
Tip: Do it!

18. Emotional and mental confusion.

It feels like you need to put your life in order - there is some kind of confusion in it. At the same time, you feel unfocused and unable to concentrate. See No. 45.
Tip: Listen to your heart and insight will come to you.

19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in activities aimed at the outside world.

This stage comes unexpectedly to many extroverts who were previously considered quite sociable and enthusiastic. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't want to go out like I used to."

20. Flashes of creativity.

Getting images, ideas, music and other creative inspirations, often at a staggering rate.
Tip: At the very least, write these inspirations down, because Spirit is talking to you about how you could fulfill your purpose and do your part to heal the planet.

21. Feeling that time is accelerating.

This seems to be because so many changes have been made to your life at an unprecedented rate. And the number of changes looks set to continue to grow.
Tip: When you break up your day into appointments and time slots, it enhances the sense of acceleration. It is possible to slow down time by relaxing in the present moment, paying attention to what is at hand rather than waiting for what lies ahead. Slow down the pace of life and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Self to help you. Keep your focus in the present. Try to swim smoothly from one activity to another. Stay constantly attuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it and, feeling overwhelmed by work, say, “Time, please warp. I need a little more time to "——". And relax.

22. Feeling of incomprehensibility.

It feels like something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Tip: Nothing to worry about. Something is definitely going on, but anxiety only creates more problems. All your thoughts, positive or negative, are prayers. There is nothing to be afraid of.

23. Impatience.

Sometimes you can't help your impatience. You want to deal with whatever you think is coming your way ahead of time. Uncertainty is an uncomfortable feeling.
Tip: Learn to live with the unknown, knowing that nothing will come to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of faith, especially faith in the Higher Self. By focusing on the present, you will experience miracles, even on the way to them.

24. Deep desire for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection and revelation.

Interest in the spiritual may have first appeared in your life. And you are constantly craving. And the material world cannot satisfy that craving.
Tip: Follow your heart and the path will open for you.
