Ingredients:

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes,
  • 2-3 fresh cucumbers,

Cooking process:

You need to boil the potatoes and eggs until tender. The potatoes are boiled in their skins, then they are removed and the potatoes are passed through a fine grater.

If the skin of the cucumbers is not too thick, you don’t have to peel it, it will look more beautiful. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips, about 2 cm each. Chop the onion into small rings as standard. We cut the crab sticks in the same way as we cut the cucumbers. Boiled and cooled eggs are best and quickest to grate on a coarse grater.

Now that almost all the products are prepared, you just need to put everything in a spacious salad bowl or bowl. Open the corn and drain all the liquid, add the ingredient to the rest.
