During the installer's visit, not only your router was checked, but also the diagnostics of the entire connection route via fiber optic cable and switching nodes were carried out. Of course, this work is not carried out in the apartment, so it is not possible to find out about it, but it affects the entire residential complex at once. As a result of the diagnostics, a problem was identified (which, by the way, is not included in Gars Telecom's area of ​​responsibility) - a break in the optical fiber on the optical splitter (as you were rightly told - a splitter) on the route from the BON towards your apartment. The nature of the fiber break did not allow urgent repairs by welding the fiber optic cable. It was also impossible to reconnect your apartment by changing the optical route due to the lack of free optical fibers in this direction. Thus, the need to replace the above equipment was determined. We managed to insist on the need to reorganize the network and now we can be fully responsible for the quality of communication, since previously we were not allowed to do this by a limited area of ​​responsibility. Thank you for your patience from us and, we are sure, from other residents of the house, because thanks to him, the residents of the house are now insured against accidents of this kind. So, our report: to solve the problem, the wiring diagram of the house section was changed and part of the active equipment was modernized. Unfortunately, the terms of its delivery were repeatedly postponed by the manufacturer due to the shortage of imported components at the production site (Novosibirsk). Thus, everything we needed came to our warehouse only on October 16th. A new alignment was requested from the builder of the building. We promptly carried out the required testing, and on October 20, the installation of the equipment was completed. On October 22, the provision of Internet services to the subscriber was resumed. We also ask you not to worry about the personal account: from September 11 to October 22, the account was forcibly transferred to the blocking mode, since the service was not available to you.
