  • carrots – 200 g;
  • green beans – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • black pepper;
  • salt;
  • basil – 0.5 tsp;
  • paprika – 0.5 tsp;
  • dried dill – 0.3 tsp;
  • sunflower oil – 5 g.

Cooking method

  • Wash the shins and dry them. Place in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika, basil and dill. Mix well so that the marinade coats the meat on all sides. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Cut potatoes and carrots into slices, onions into half rings, green beans into 3 cm long pieces.
  • Grease a baking tray with oil. Place the potatoes first. Place carrots and beans on it. Cover them with onions. Pour in 100 ml of water or broth. Place the prepared drumsticks along with the marinade on top of the vegetables.
  • Preheat the oven to 190°, place a baking sheet with meat and vegetables in it. Bake for 1 hour.

Chicken drumsticks baked with onions and apples in the oven in a sleeve

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • onion – 300 g;
  • sweet and sour apples – 400 g;
  • sour cream mayonnaise – 150 g;
  • seasoning for chicken – 1 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and chicken seasoning. Stir. Place in the refrigerator for three hours.
  • Wash the apples, cut into quarters, immediately removing the core. Do not cut off the skin, otherwise the apples will lose their shape when baking.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Combine drumsticks, apples and onions in a bowl.
  • Take a baking bag and secure one end. Place the drumsticks in the sleeve along with the apples and onions. Tie or secure the other end.
  • Place on a baking sheet with the seam side up, as there are special holes for steam to escape. Preheat the oven to 200°. Bake for 1 hour. If you decide that the crust is not cooked enough, cut the sleeve and keep the dish in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Chicken drumsticks baked in the oven in honey marinade

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • honey – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • coriander – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • salt.

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a cup, mix honey, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, coriander, salt, chopped garlic. Spread the mixture over the meat. Mix well. Marinate for 4 hours.
  • Cover a baking sheet with foil. Place the drumsticks and pour over the remaining marinade.
  • Place in the oven. Bake for 1 hour at 200°.

Chicken drumsticks baked in the oven with kefir

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • kefir – 1 tbsp.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • ready mustard – 1 tsp;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • thyme - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 5 g.

Cooking method

  • Place the prepared drumsticks in a deep bowl.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, mustard and kefir.
  • Pour this sauce over the meat and stir.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Grease a deep pan with oil. Place the drumsticks in it and cover with the remaining marinade.
  • Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for one hour. To prevent the tops of the drumsticks from overcooking, turn them over to the other side halfway through cooking. Serve with any side dish.

Chicken drumsticks baked in the oven with adjika

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • adjika - to taste;
  • coriander or suneli hops – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 5 g.

Cooking method

  • Place the prepared drumsticks in a bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, adjika and seasoning in a bowl. The amount of adjika depends on your preferences: whether you like spicy dishes or prefer not to have too much pepper in them. From the seasonings, choose the one you like best. Mix everything well.
  • Place the drumsticks in the marinade and leave for several hours, remembering to put the meat in the refrigerator.
  • Line a baking sheet with two sheets of foil crosswise and grease with oil. Place the drumsticks in one layer and cover with marinade. Pack in foil.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for an hour. Then open the foil and let the meat brown well.

Note to the hostess

Baking drumsticks is easy. All recipes indicate the approximate amount of ingredients from which the marinade is prepared. You can add your own spices or remove existing ones, resulting in meat to your liking.

Chicken legs- one of the most delicious parts of chicken, but also the most high-calorie. Unlike the thigh, the lower part of the leg - the drumstick - has less calories. You can cook chicken legs in the oven with a crispy breading, or pre-marinate them in a marinade. There are a huge variety of marinades for chicken legs, as well as for fillets or wings.

Kefir, beer, yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, honey, wine, mustard, and soy sauce are most often used as marinade. Recipes for marinades with lemons, garlic, onions, and herbs are also not uncommon. And, of course, no matter which marinade you choose, you definitely need spices.

Chicken meat goes well with spices such as paprika, ginger, ground red and black pepper, coriander, and nutmeg. Personally I really like chicken drumsticks baked in the oven, in tomato-mayonnaise sauce. This one is at the same time fatty, due to mayonnaise, and at the same time sour with a piquant aroma thanks to ketchup and spices, it soaks chicken meat well and makes it tender and at the same time juicy.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks – 1 kg.,
  • Tomato sauce or ketchup – 100 gr.,
  • Spices – paprika, ginger, curry, Provençal herbs.
  • Mayonnaise – 100 gr.,
  • Vegetable oil

Chicken drumsticks in the oven - recipe

First of all, prepare a spicy sauce based on mayonnaise and ketchup (tomato sauce). Squeeze mayonnaise into a bowl.

Add ketchup to it. Do you like it spicy? Then feel free to use Chili ketchup for the marinade. You can also add fresh chili pepper or crushed red pepper into the sauce.

Add spices and Provençal herbs.

Mix the sauce well.

Thaw the chicken drumsticks if they are frozen. Rinse under water. Pour them with tomato-mayonnaise sauce. Stir until sauce coats them evenly.

Grease the bottom and sides of a ceramic baking dish with vegetable oil. Place chicken drumsticks in rows.

Place the mold in a hot oven. The oven temperature should be 180C. Chicken drumsticks in tomato-mayonnaise sauce should bake for about 35-40 minutes on the middle rack. The cooked chicken legs should be soft in the middle with a nice crispy coating of sauce. Still, before you start putting seemingly ready-made legs on a plate, it’s worth checking whether this is actually the case.

Carefully pierce the fillet with a toothpick. If the legs are ready, clear juice should appear. A reddish tint to the liquid indicates that they still need to be cooked until done. You can serve them with tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, spicy mustard,. Enjoy your meal.
