The use of such a massage protects against possible outflow of lymphatic fluid in the wrong (“reverse”) direction. When the compression wave reaches the top of the treated area, the pressure from the cuff is released, followed by a short break, which promotes even distribution of lymphatic fluid throughout the veins.

Wave mode (wave-like movements)

This mode, like the Lympha Gradient mode, can also be used as the main treatment procedure, separately or after the Pretherapy mode. As soon as the air chamber of the cuff located in the front part of the wave begins to fill with compressed air, the pressure from the chamber located in the rear part of the wave begins to descend, resulting in only small areas of the limbs being compressed at various periods of the procedure.

The outflow of lymph in the wrong (“reverse”) direction is impossible, because one of the chambers in the middle of the cuff always remains inflated with compressed air as the wave travels up the limb.
