I have been attached under VHI for the third year (my organization’s choice). You can get tested; there are very few decent doctors. If I had to pay myself, I would probably demand reasons for such prices, since an appointment costs an average of 2,000 rubles, but, as I noticed, very often doctors do nothing except look at the throat and measure the pressure. I came in with a cold, and they ended up diagnosing sinusitis, which apparently wasn’t treated, because three weeks later I came back to them again with the same symptoms. But this time all the doctors, including the head, threw up their hands and made it clear that I just needed a vacation. Is it okay that I’m 39.5 and my nose can’t breathe? As I remember, I was examined by a neurologist (Silaev), an ENT specialist (Korobeinikov, Dobrova, Chekaldina, there were also doctors, but for some reason they are not displayed in my chart, so I cannot write their last name), an endocrinologist Kamaeva, a therapist Samartseva, who was clearly not She was happy that I came to her, and apparently I couldn’t say anything. As a result, she called the manager, who was also clearly not very happy that she needed to do something. As a result, they made the assumption that, in my opinion, it was an incorrect diagnosis and once again sent me to retake the tests. As a result, I went to the ENT specialist and waited for a miracle until I had a headache and I went to do a CT scan myself (I had to study on the Internet what it was, why no one said about it, I don’t understand). As a result, I had pansinusitis (as I understand, the sinusitis was not treated and it developed into pansinusitis). As I remember well, the doctors during hospitalization were shocked by how they “treated” me. By some miracle, I didn’t go on vacation, although I regularly heard recommendations, but decided to do a CT scan first. What could have happened to me if I had listened to these miracle doctors? I don't even want to write. So think a hundred times before going there. For such a price tag, I think there are more worthy places with competent doctors. As for dentistry, I was treated by Pavlova, it seemed worthy, but very little time has passed and, frankly speaking, after that situation the overall impression of this institution is terrible. There was also a case when I came with a child (1.1 years old), heard from the staff a promise that they would look after him while I was doing the procedure, and in the end the child walked around the clinic alone and looked for me... He walked alone through the corridor with the stairs, the door to the street, shouted: “Mom”... And the girls at the reception in the children's department, from whom I heard a promise to look after, did not even look in his direction! Of course, they called me later (after I left them a complaint) and apologized, but one wonders what could have happened. ..

We provide all vaccinations for both our son and daughter at Alpha Zdrava. We recently got vaccinated against measles to avoid any horrors. Why here? My answer is simple - this clinic is clean, and upon request they show you a certificate for the vaccine. And it’s worth saying that there have never been any serious consequences after vaccinations. I like the attitude of the staff towards children.

I was examined at the Alpha Health clinic for heart problems. Myocarditis was diagnosed and I am currently undergoing treatment. I see a clear improvement, for which I am deeply grateful to cardiologist Shashkina. A good professional level is visible in everything, even from the first visit. Will not miss a single complaint. I also like the clinic itself, I make an appointment through the mobile application. I recommend the clinic, and especially Dr. Shashkina!

I go to the Alpha Health Center clinic to see the gynecologist Natalya Anatolyevna Komendanskaya. Always friendly and correct. I am an alarmist by nature, I am terrified even from a slight malaise. So she will always reassure you and tell you in detail how the treatment will proceed. And in general, the clinic is of a decent level, and here they really provide treatment, and not extort money.

I go to alpha with work insurance, that is, only on business))) I have never encountered rudeness or any kind of neglect from employees. On the contrary, everyone is polite, correct, and if necessary, they will tell you what is needed. The doctors also seem to be quite good (I visited a therapist and a gynecologist several times, and once a cardiologist).

At Alfazdrav I go to two specialists: for a year with the cosmetologist Valko and for 3 years with the dentist Kiseleva. The doctors are normal, I’m happy with their work: both the face and the teeth)) this is very important to me because I work on local television. In terms of service, it's also good. The administrators and nurses are polite, I have never encountered rudeness.

Great clinic! I go for a massage because my back constantly hurts due to an injury. I sign up directly from my personal account on the website, it’s very convenient. I think with a couple more months of sessions I will be able to walk normally without pain. So I recommend to everyone who suffers from back problems - go to Stepan Vladimirovich at the Alpha Health Center, you won’t regret it)))

It's strange to see so much negativity. I have been going to the Alfa center for two years, primarily because I am served there as an employee of Alfa Bank. I have never noticed a rude or unprofessional attitude towards clients. All doctors really know their stuff.

During pregnancy, I am seen at the Alpha Health Center by gynecologist Marianna Anatolyevna Andrievskaya. A good woman, a competent specialist. During the ultrasound, she spoke in great detail about the baby and how the pregnancy was going. It is clear that the person loves his profession and takes his work responsibly. Overall I was pleased with the doctor.

There are, however, negative ones...
I am seeing endocrinologist Vinogradskaya in Alpha. I can't say anything bad about her. He prescribes only those tests that are necessary. I know what I’m talking about, because tests for hormones can cost several thousand rubles at a time. I also do an ultrasound once a year. In a word, the clinic does not engage in extortion of funds, and I am very happy about that.
There are, however, also negative aspects: VHI includes a minimum of services, the rest are paid.

I was outraged by the unprofessionalism of the girls at the reception, the confusion and star fever of the cosmetologist Tatyana Gennadievna Fedorova. I visited the clinic before, but everything was fine until the day before yesterday.
I made an appointment with Fedorova at 5:40 pm on Saturday for facial cleansing. I was 20 minutes late (I understand, it was my fault, but I expected that private clinics are loyal to clients, especially since they charge 1,500 rubles for a 10-minute consultation appointment.) The girl at the reception said that everything was ok and I could go up to the doctor. I get up, knock on the office, it is locked from the inside, I waited 5 minutes, but no one opened it for me, although the doctor was inside!! Apparently she was hiding. OK. I went back downstairs to the reception and asked what was the matter, asking to contact the doctor. The girl contacted me via the internal phone (that is, the doctor was inside the office!) and it turned out that the doctor was so offended by my lateness that she would no longer see me, besides, the cleaning takes 2 hours, and there was an hour left before the clinic closed. ATTENTION! The doctor himself made an appointment for me at 5:40 p.m., an hour and 20 minutes before the clinic closed; anyway, according to the regulations, we didn’t make it in time even if we arrived on time. I begged a little more to still accept me (the fact itself seems unacceptable to me in a decent clinic), but they still refused.
Okay, I asked to sign up for a cleaning the next day. I was scheduled to see another doctor. But! I called the clinic back the next day to clarify the appointment, and it turned out that the girl signed me up for an hour-long procedure, although she claimed that this procedure took 2 hours! How is that?? I had to make a second appointment with another doctor for a longer period of time. And, by the way, I will have to pay for the consultation again, because you can’t just sign up for a cleaning at this clinic.
Dear clinic staff! Of course, I understand that dermatologist Tatyana Gennadievna Fedorova is an unattainable star, and even opening the door to a client is difficult and personally explaining all the circumstances. Of course, it’s easier to pretend that no one is in the office, and let the client knock and wait at least another half hour at the door! Apparently, there are so many clients that the star cosmetologists in your clinic are holding a competition on who to accept and who is not worthy.
Eventually:
-the girls at the reception are confused about the recording
-the client is forced to beg to be accepted
-the client runs around the floors, trying to gain the doctor’s favor
- the doctor himself decides whether to condescend to the client
- service as in a regular clinic
- principle: “he who didn’t have time is late”

So, I was sent from one doctor to another! Analysis...
I’ve heard a lot of legends about how they like to “redirect” unnecessary things and make money in clinics... but not to do so in an impudent manner!
I don’t know if the doctors at this clinic took an oath to “do no harm,” but it looks like they didn’t!
I came in with a problem of elevated temperature that lasts for a long time. I have a voluntary health insurance policy, so my insurance company will compensate for all costs that arise.
So, I was sent from one doctor to another! I took blood tests 6 times! They even did an MRI and X-ray! and all this has been outlined - we are trying to find the problem! For a minute - I went around 8 doctors, 8, guys! and everyone just throws up their hands and just sends them off for another test within 5 minutes, and! important point, 5 minutes of this conversation costs 2000 rubles! great business! ...and this has been going on for a month! But I’m sick, it’s not getting better, I have no sense, no strength anymore... Atrocity. There is no other way to call it. And pumping money out of the insurance company.

It’s amazing how such an unqualified doctor as neurologist Irina Vladimirovna Moiseeva can work in such a generally good clinic. Having paid a considerable amount for the appointment, I did not receive an answer, practically none of my questions were answered, the doctor was unable to give me a clear diagnosis, but surprisingly, she did not refer me for any additional examination, limiting herself to general recommendations and standard prescriptions. I think that such doctors undermine the reputation of medicine. institutions.

Good afternoon I had an appointment with therapist N.V. Shcherbakova. 12/20/15. The appointment began with the remark that I was late, I was very unpleasant, since I was not late, I answered the doctor that I was not late. To which I received the answer - the computer shows that you are late, which means you are late! I answered again: how could I be late if I had an appointment... I answered again: how could I be late if I had an appointment at 15:20, I arrived at 15:15 and I also had to wait, since the doctor was busy, to which the doctor said: “You’re also snapping!!!” I didn’t snap, I said everything correctly. Throughout the entire appointment, we clarified the issue late, instead of treating me, the doctor’s sense of being right was more important than my health. In the end, we found out that it was the reception staff who did not cancel the appointment. Initially, I was scheduled for 14:40, and then the appointment was moved to 15:20, and I had already forgotten about it. I rightly noted that this was Their mistake. To which I heard in response - “well, excuse me, there’s something wrong with the base, apparently. I came specifically at 14:40, I’m sitting here waiting for you, but you’re still not there. Well, you understand, if you’re late, all our patients are shifting... "Excuse me, but if the appointment had really been canceled, that the doctor has the right to be away from his workplace during working hours, as far as I know, patients began to be seen at 9 a.m. and not at 2:40 p.m. What does it mean that she came specifically for this time? and it was funny and disgusting to hear about the queue, it was Sunday, there were almost no people in the clinic. And with those few people who came to the clinic on Sunday, we could have worked better. And if I were really late, and you want to make comments, make them tactfully, and if you don’t know how to make them, don’t make them at all! In addition, if a professional doctor worked a little faster, he would have time to see all the patients and would not put the patient, the clinic’s client, in an uncomfortable position. The fact is that since the situation seemed absurd, all I wanted was to leave quickly and I asked the doctor to discharge me as soon as possible, but the more I asked, the slower she did everything and throughout the entire appointment it seemed to me that they were simply mocking me. Another little thing: the sick leave sheet lies in front of the doctor’s eyes, and she asks me (!) what date the sick leave was open and how many days I was on sick leave, excuse me, your doctors don’t know how to read and count, she doesn’t see what number is written in front of her eyes ???? Then I said that this is all so unpleasant for me that I hope I won’t come to this clinic again, to which the doctor replied - well, don’t come (is this normal? ??), then I said that I would definitely write a complaint against her. “Well, write,” she answers me. I believe that this level of service for the Alpha Health Center clinic is a disgrace, which means “You are snapping!!!” Does a doctor allow himself to talk to a patient like that? And then something even more interesting began: the doctor who came to the house did not put a stamp on my sick leave and then I had to call him on my own work day and solve this problem; my data was not displayed. And the doctor began to ask me what phone number I called when I called the doctor (and I called on the phone number listed on your website, by the way) and whether I had the right to contact them at all (I contacted them, by the way, through insurance), they found out finally what I have. But again, this was all extremely unpleasant for me. Finally, I left this terrible office and, putting on my coat, we met with the same doctor again - she went to find out why the reception didn’t cancel my appointment (that’s why she was given my lateness) and tells me: “well, you see , you have two insurances: old and new!!!" As if it’s my fault, I don’t really care what databases you have problems with all the time! and then she apologized, but it was a “duty apology with a smile” - “well, sorry, no one wanted to offend you!” They didn't mean to, but they offended me. And I repeat, this kind of work is not the level of work of the Alpha Health Center, but the level of the district clinic, however, the doctor at the district clinic is more humane than yours! I left with the feeling that the doctors were “overindulged and feel their impunity.”

It is better not to go to this clinic for money! I made an appointment for my wife to have a gastroscopy with endoscopist Nadezhda Yurievna Muntyan. Before coming, I called the call-center 2 times to clarify the cost of the procedure and instead of the agreed upon 4000, they paid 6500! The operators and doctors are not connected with each other, because I signed my wife up for a gastro appointment with a biopsy, the doctor argued for 5 minutes that a biopsy was not needed when he had the referral with him and showed it. Madhouse in short...

I do not agree that the reviews were written by interested people. I myself went to this clinic for voluntary medical insurance.. And I saw a gynecologist (T.N. Skidan, a great doctor) and got rid of existing problems, and an ophthalmologist.. And I had two operations in accordance with the directions of this clinic... Everything is at the most decent level. Thank you doctors!!!
