Chopped pork cutlets: recipes with photos

When preparing such cutlets, the main thing is not to be lazy and do everything according to technology, then they will turn out fluffy, will not fall apart in the pan and will be very soft and juicy.

Ingredients for 6-7 cutlets:

  • pork – 500g;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • tomato sauce (ketchup) - 1 tbsp;
  • breadcrumbs - 1 cup;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook minced pork cutlets

  1. For cutlets, it is better to take lean meat, which will be convenient to first cut into such thin slices as in the photo below. I had the loin.

  11. Pour oil into a clean frying pan again. Pour the remaining crackers into a plate. We form the minced meat into cutlets, breading each one in breadcrumbs.
