A citizen is entitled to 4 such days in a calendar month. They are provided at the request of the person and are formalized by order (instruction) of the employer.

The frequency of filing an application (monthly, once a quarter, once a year, upon request, etc.) is determined by the citizen in agreement with the employer.

Listed are the documents that must be submitted to receive additional paid days. This is a certificate of disability of the child, a document confirming his place of residence (stay or actual residence), a birth (adoption) certificate, or a document establishing guardianship or trusteeship of a disabled child.

You must present their originals or copies. It is also necessary to submit a certificate from the place of work of the other parent (guardian, trustee) stating that he did not take advantage of the benefit in the corresponding month.
