It is known that in Thailand there is no mandatory certification of products from local manufacturers, which means that the paste or powder packaging may contain ingredients that are not listed on the label.

• Clay – whitening component with abrasive properties. Despite the naturalness of this ingredient, there is no confidence in its complete safety for enamel. The composition also contains extracts of stem leaves, guava, cloves, borneol, camphor, and bamboo salt.

How to use Thai pastes correctly?

Thai toothpastes differ from European ones in consistency - they are thicker. In this regard, products from Thailand are usually released in jars, as can be seen in the photo.

The manufacturer has packaged some pastes in tubes, but not everyone is comfortable using them. It is quite difficult to calculate the degree of pressure on the tube in order to obtain the required amount of paste - sometimes it turns out to squeeze out a voluminous clot. • If the paste is in a jar, scoop it up with a special spatula and only then apply it to a dry or slightly damp brush. As a rule, a very small amount of paste is required, about the size of a lentil grain. It is not recommended to immerse the brush in a container with the product, so as not to introduce bacteria into it.
• Almost all Thai whitening toothpastes contain abrasives that are not pretreated. People should remember this hypersensitivity teeth, as well as those who have children in the family. Others are advised to use the paste for 1-2 weeks, then take a break.

For adults there is much more choice. The Zact brand produces two types of toothpaste: red - to remove plaque and stains from cigarettes, and green - for those who drink a lot of tea and coffee, but want their teeth to remain snow-white.

Another Lion brand is Systema. It produces oral fluids, toothbrushes and toothpastes with different additives and flavors.

The Thai company Twin Lotus began its activities in 1977 with a small pharmacy, where they produced medicines using natural herbs and without fluoride. It’s worth focusing separately on natural toothpastes in round jars. They actually resemble wet tooth powder. Foams well and cleans teeth. There are countless companies and brands: Rasyan, Prim Perfect, Yim Siam, Punchalee, Supaporn, 6 Star, Zeada.

Their composition is approximately the same, only the extracts and their quantities differ: guava, coconut, cloves, mangosteen or others. Round toothpaste should be used 1-2 times a day and should never be mixed with other toothpastes. In my opinion, it is not suitable for very sensitive teeth. Give preference to brands that indicate the physical address of the manufacturer.
