The instructions are for practice only. Are you going through the methods one after another, but you can’t go to the astral plane? It's not about the techniques, but about the preliminary exercises. For some reason, these elementary actions are ignored or simply not known.

To completely calm the muscles, we will use sensations. Earth's gravity exerts constant pressure on us. We got so used to it that we stopped noticing it. Now let us specifically draw our attention to it.

We lie down with our backs on a flat, comfortable surface. Legs slightly apart. Hands lie next to the body, without touching it, palms down, elbows slightly to the side. If the room is warm, cover yourself with a light, pleasant-to-the-touch blanket. It should be comfortable, not cold and not hot.

Pay attention to the pressure of the body on the surface. Characteristic protruding points are the back of the head, shoulder blades, elbows, heels, pelvis and palms of the hands. We concentrate on the most intense pressure point. Let's start, for example, with the back of the head. We maintain our attention and begin to increase the sensation of pressure on the surface. When the effect of immersion into the surface appears, we begin to consistently increase the pressure of other parts of the body. As a result, there will be a feeling of immersion in the surface. The body will feel like a single oval object.

The purpose of the exercise is to learn to relax the body in 3-10 minutes.

If, while performing an exercise, an involuntary immersion of the legs or head into the surface begins, rocking or other movement. Try the techniques of entering the astral plane and you will succeed.

Calming breathing.

As the body relaxes, breathing also begins to calm down. There is no need to focus specifically on breathing. Inhalation and exhalation follow each other without delay. A smooth slow inhalation flows into the same exhalation. At first you will separate the inhalation and exhalation, then the breathing will merge into one continuous process. Breathing should become shallow. You may even feel like your breathing has stopped. That's how it should be.

Let's start gaining energy.

The energy in the body feels like heat. To do this, you need to pay attention to your palms. Hands easily give and absorb and feel energy. You need to feel the warmth in your palms. We maintain attention and enhance the sensations of warmth. When the sensations become stable, we shift our attention to the forearm. We are waiting for the warmth to reach our elbows. Further to the shoulders, and then spread the heat throughout the body. It's like you're lying in a warm bath. If your nose, forehead, or soles of your feet suddenly begin to itch, be patient for a couple of minutes and the itching will go away. Energy began to move throughout the body, causing such sensations.

If you start scratching, you'll have to start all over again. Subsequently, energy channels increase their capacity. Energy will circulate better and sensations will become weaker. When a stable feeling of warmth occurs throughout the body, the exercise can be considered completed. This exercise allows you to collect the energy accumulated during the day in the body, make it mobile and manageable. Without a reserve of energy, it is difficult to stay in the astral plane for a long time. This is one of the reasons for emissions from it.

I would like to point out that these exercises are necessary for many practices. Having mastered them, you can get quick result and in other areas of development. Test to check. The time to complete these exercises is no more than 10 minutes. With practice, the time will decrease to 3 minutes.

Rocking method.

We try to move our body to the side or down. You can try swinging only your legs or your head. We lower our head down and raise our legs, or vice versa. Even the slightest feeling has arisen and continues to sway. Let's try for two or three minutes. If the sensations persist, we try to jerk away from the body. You can just try to get up, it often works.

Rotation method.

Try to imagine rotation in a horizontal plane in any direction. If there is a real or even slight sensation of rotation, you need to focus on the technique and spin even more. As soon as this sensation becomes stable and real, you need to try to separate again, starting the separation movement with the rotational sensations obtained from the technique.

Pull method.

We imagine a rope hanging above us.

We mentally take hold of it with our hands and begin, moving our hands along the rope, to pull out the astral body.

The techniques listed above are aimed at separating the physical and astral bodies.

But there are ways where consciousness is transferred directly to the astral body. In this case, no frightening vibrations occur. When we sleep, the astral body is easily separated from the physical. Often when we wake up, we see a body hanging above us. But as a rule, we fall asleep again, and when we wake up, we think that it was a dream. If we consciously wake up in the astral body we will accomplish astral exit without straining.

Creation of an astral double.

This technique helps consciousness move into the astral body. We begin to mentally examine our body.

We start by visualizing our hands, try to see, squeeze our palms, feel them, move our fingers, stretching our hand up or forward to reach for them.

Next, imagine a small cloud above you. Start condensing it and making it look like you. Make a copy of it. After this, transfer your consciousness to the copy. You will be in the astral double, and physical body will lie below.

Transferring consciousness through intention.

After completing the preparatory exercises, already falling asleep, make the installation clearly and confidently. Wake up when you are in the astral plane. Do it regularly if the previous methods did not work for you.

Awakening in the astral plane with the help of entities.

In the astral plane you will still encounter various entities. So, why not ask them to help you travel to the astral plane? This is how it is done. Just before you fall asleep, we turn to the entities around you with a request to wake you up in the astral plane. We formulate the command mentally and visually. Let's say you have to be woken up by touching your hand or face.

If at the beginning of difficulties it caused you to enter the astral plane. In the future, we need to solve the problem of staying in it for a long time. Otherwise, there will be endless attempts to exit, and you will not advance further.

The first reason for ejection from the astral plane is fear. New sensations in the body, noise, frantic heartbeat are frightening. Visions of ugly creatures. Fear is a sharp release of energy. Lower entities deliberately frighten and then absorb energy.

How to stop being afraid?

A person becomes vulnerable only when he is afraid. The physical body has energy many times greater than the astral body. The inhabitants of the astral world cannot directly harm the physical body. We have sustainable protection against such attempts. The only way to influence the astral body - to frighten. Let us analyze the situation of an entity attacking our astral body. What can scare us? Big sizes, scary looking, speed of approach and surprise. Imagine that a huge, shapeless body with a terrible muzzle is rushing towards you.

If you get scared, you can physically experience the sensation of being hit with it. Then, after being ejected from the astral plane, you will experience physical pain in body. It's a matter of our consciousness. Once in the astral plane, we continue to react as if we were in the physical body. Everyone reacts exactly the same as in life. If you are used to running away, you will run away. If you know how to defend yourself, you will fight. There is no attraction, no limitation in speed, reaction. Consciousness controls, and the astral body reacts with lightning speed. Shape and size don't matter. The main thing is how you react to what is happening. Entities tried to attack me more than once, but I always answered them harshly. They are weaker than they seem.

All other emotions, be it joy or surprise, cause a loss of energy. There is a loss of control over the astral body and, as a result, a sharp return to the physical. A sharp return to the body causes unpleasant feeling. A blow occurs, after which there will be a feeling of weakness and loss of energy. This should be avoided.

Breath control.

An important point in stabilizing being in the astral body.

The rule is simple. When you begin to throw yourself out of the astral plane, you need to slow down your breathing to a minimum. Concentrate on your breathing and consciously slow it down. Making it almost invisible. If, on the contrary, for some reason you want to quickly exit the astral plane. The body doesn’t listen at all, you want to move but it doesn’t work. Start breathing quickly and sharply. In just a few seconds you will return to your physical body.

Observer position.

During the first exits you only need to be an observer. Don't interfere in situations. Get away from troubles. Pretend that you are just taking a walk. You need to get comfortable in the space closest to you. Study your room, house windows, walls. Study the perception of the surrounding space astral vision, hearing. Try touching objects with your hand and moving around the room.

Safe return to the physical body.

When you feel that the astral body has become poorly controlled. It's time to return. To do this you need to get closer to the physical body. Take a position above him. What is the astral

This word came to us from Ancient Greece(from “asteri” - star). This world is usually contrasted with the ordinary material world, in which all objects can be examined and touched. Objects of this world cannot be seen in normal conditions, because the matter of which it is composed is of a spiritual nature. The inhabitants of this world are unusual, and they cannot be seen in our surrounding life.

The sages in Ancient Egypt argued that the material body of a person contains mental doubles that can leave their body and live on their own. The ancient Greek philosopher Plato argued that the possibilities of the spiritual essence of man are much greater than the physical.

Many people are interested in how to penetrate the astral plane. It is not so easy. Before attempting this, you need to learn a lot and gain certain skills, otherwise you can seriously harm yourself.

Levels

There are different output levels. A beginner needs to learn more about their features before asking whether it is possible to go to the astral plane.

The lowest level is the habitat of evil entities who seek to gain power over people through deception. They can take the form of deceased people we know. This could be the seventh or eighth level. These evil entities seek to gain trust ordinary people, and at the same time they strive to take possession of the immortal spirit of man.

The first level is the main one; entities live on it and guide the behavior of lower levels. They monitor what is happening at the lower levels and guide people who go there in their dreams. Before trying to enter the astral plane before going to bed, you should try to find out more about these entities.

Preparing to go out

Undoubtedly, many are attracted by the prospect of moving into another existence. What is another world is becoming the subject of lively debate.
Traveling to the ethereal world has long been practiced by scientists. So, in the 1960s, scientist Robert Monroe created a method for the transition of a person from his physical body. Usually a person passes from his physical shell during sleep, but sometimes this happens during a blackout under the influence of a drug. A person can enter another world during severe illnesses. Such an incident happened to the Austrian scientist Carl Jung. His soul left his body during a violent heart attack. But then he saw a higher being who ordered him to return to his physical body. So he did.

You can prepare for the exit yourself, but you need to know certain rules. If you do not prepare well for the transition, then there is a risk of not returning to your physical body. Therefore, it is better to prepare for the transition together with an experienced mentor.

When performing transition exercises, you do not need to eat four hours before them, and it is not advisable to eat another four hours after them.

There should be silence around you, there should be no one next to you. It is undesirable to conduct sessions of entering the astral plane during severe weather changes. Best temperature air – 22–26 degrees. At the same time, you should wear loose, light clothing made from natural materials.

Some leave the body completely naked. It is advisable to immediately imagine the direction in which you will move in another world. It is strictly forbidden for a person who wants to go out to drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes. This will lead you to the lowest threshold of the etheric world.
