The heads of the Social Insurance Funds drew attention to the fact that the federal law on social assistance to disabled people establishes a period for providing social services - a calendar year, but does not provide guarantees for the annual provision of vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment.

Such shortcomings in federal law, V regulatory documents led to the fact that today in the regions citizens' appeals to the court have become more frequent. The court, unfortunately, considers a separate application, finds a violation of the law and makes a decision on the claim in favor of the beneficiaries.
